Ctra. A7, km 146

29690 Casares Coast. Málaga

website: www.golfdonajulia.com

The course is a par-71 (provisional), 18- hole layout 5,976 meters-long and built according to the United States Golfing Association rules (USGA) in terms of tees, bunkers, drainage and greens.

It was designed by renowned Málaga architect, Antonio Garcia Garrido, the man responsible for some of Spain’s top courses.

The most notable features of this course, developped by Grupo Evemarina, is the size of the greens, sown with Agrostis Pen-G2 grass and having an average of 700 m2, some even exceeding 1,000 m2.

The golf course has 2 very different layouts, being suitable for any type of player. The first 9 holes are longer and more difficult, winding between indigenous trees, lakes and rivers while the other 9 are more manageable, having a gentle incline and beeing within close proximity to the sea. An undoubted challenge for professional as well as low handicappers.
