Rent-& Payment conditions:  

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will be given a bank account number so you can transfer 20% of the fee, which will not be refunded in case there is a cancellation.

The rest 80% has to be paid latest 30 days before arrival, together with 60 € for cleaning.  

There is 150 € deposit fee which will be paid back a week after departure if there are no damages on the furniture and/or the flat.

If you order in for 30 days before arrival, you will have to pay the whole amount.  

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, clients are required to vacate the property by 12:00 hours on the end date of the rental period. And they

are not given access to the property before 18:00 hours on the start date of the rental period.

The owners live close by so feel free to contact them in case of emergency e.g. if you need a doctor, a chemist's, police, etc. They speak English, French, German and Spanish, of course.
