Barquitas rellenas de espárragos

  

  

     
 

Barquitas rellenas de asparragos  -  Aspargesbrød.

Brød: Bland ingredienserne, som står i opskriften, men brug kun den halve mængde.

Dejen formes som lommer med ½ cm i diameter. Lav mærker i dejen med en skarp kniv, med en afstand på 6 cm. Læg dejen på et stykke bagepapir eller pergamentpapir på en plade. Bag i ovnen 20 min. ved 180 grader.

Fyld: Skær toppen af aspargserne, så de passer i længden til brøddene.

Tilbered din egen mayonaise eller brug en færdiglavet.

Servering: Skær brøddene ud, læg aspargserne i lommerne og pynt med mayonaise.
