Tortilla de pimientos

  

  

     
 

Tortilla de pimientos del piquillo y bacalao  - Torskeomelet med rød peber.

Læg torsken i blød i 12 timer. Skift vandet hver 3. time.

Forbered på en stegepande (20 cm i diameter) en sauce ved at stege under svag varme løgene i olie. Når løgene er transparente tilsættes hvidløg og grøn peber, og det hele steges til det har en blød konsistens.

Derefter tilsættes rød peber samt torsken, og alle ingredienserne - tilsat 12 spiseskefulde olie – steges i 5 minutter. Sørg for, at torsken ikke bliver brun. 

Pisk æggene og tilsæt bland dem med det øvrige. Lad omeletten småstege på panden over meget svag varme. Vend omeletten ved hjælp af en tallerken, og den brunes færdig på den anden side.  

  Ingrediense
  • 100 gr. hakket løg

  • 400 gr. hakket grøn peber (uden kerner)

  • 3 hvidløgs fed

  • 8 piquillo peber fra dåse

  • 100 gr. smulret torsk
